• The prices stated are for 3 nights and the package price will be applied.
• Hotel package prices include accommodation in the all-inclusive system for 3 nights, check-in from April 10, 2025 – check-out from April 13, 2025.
• Each package accommodation is valid for one person, the package accommodation cannot be divided and cannot be used by more than one person.

NOTES:

• The registration fee must be deposited to the account number specified below, and the registration form and payment document must be sent to the congress organization secretariat via e-mail.
• The registration and accommodation fee must be paid to the EURO account. In case of payment in Turkish Lira, if a loss arises due to the exchange rate during account closure, the difference will be reflected.
• Companies that want to make the balance payments from the Registration, Accommodation or Sponsorship fees on a date after the end of the CONGRESS will have a maturity difference of 10% added to the remaining balance payments.
• The prices mentioned above include VAT.

TRANSFER DETAILS

The collective airport transfer fee for April 10, 2025 departure and April 13, 2025 return is 100 Euros including taxes.
For private transfer requests, it is necessary to contact Honest Mice, pricing will be made separately.

The payment receipt and company invoice information (for the invoice to be sent to you at the end of the Congress) must be sent via e-mail and confirmation must be obtained.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellation requests made before November 15, 2024, 10% of the deposited sponsorship fee will be refunded after deducting bank charges

• No refunds will be made for cancellations made after November 15, 2024.
• After November 15, 2024, only name changes will be accepted.
• All refunds will be made after the congress.
